Celebrating 10 Years of Natilie at UKTH Group!
A huge congratulations to our Training Manager, Natilie Barfield, who is celebrating an incredible 10 years with UKTH Group Ltd!
Natilie first joined us back in 2016 as PA to the company owner, before moving into our HR department, where she went on to achieve her HR degree qualification.
Never one to shy away from a new challenge, Natilie then made the move into our Training Division, where she now leads a department offering over 48 different training courses, alongside a growing range of e-learning options.
Having worked across several areas of the business, Natilie has built up a fantastic understanding of UKTH Group and has played an important role in developing our training services, including helping to create our new training website, which allows customers to browse and book courses online.
Natilie’s hard work, dedication and willingness to take on new challenges over the years have made her a valued part of the UKTH team.
Well done, Natilie, and thank you for everything you’ve contributed over the last decade!
Here’s to another 10 years with UKTH Group – although, given your track record, who knows which department we’ll find you running next!
