Where are your training centres located, and do you offer on-site courses?
Our main training centre is in Bilborough, Nottingham, where we host classroom and practical sessions in two warehouse spaces equipped with all necessary apparatus. We also deliver mobile on-site training across Nottingham, Derby, the East Midlands, and nationwide if required.
We also have full training facilities in Birmingham, Cambridge and Newcastle/
How do I enrol on a course?
To enrol, browse our A–Z course catalogue on our website, click “Enrol Now” for your chosen course, and complete the registration form with your details. Once we receive your booking and payment, you’ll get a confirmation email with joining instructions and any pre-course materials.
Are there any prerequisites or entry requirements?
See the course details pages for specific course requirements but in general you will need a valid form of ID, good understanding or spoken and written english & PPE requirements for Practical Courses
What are the course fees and payment options?
Course fees vary by subject, duration, and whether it’s delivered at our Nottingham centre or on-site. Fees are listed in pounds sterling (£) on each course page. We accept:

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus a 5% administration fee.

Between 7 and 14 days before start: 50% refund.
-
Within 7 days of start: No refund.
You may transfer to another date or course up to 7 days before the original start date at no extra charge. Transfers requested fewer than 7 days prior are subject to availability and incur a £25 administration fee.
Are your courses accredited or recognised by industry bodies?
Yes. We partner with providers such as CITB, IPAF, PASMA, and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate or card valid for industry compliance—e.g., a 5-year CSCS card, a 3-year IPAF licence, or a 3-year PASMA certificate. Accreditation details (including expiry periods) are listed on each course’s page under “Certification & Accreditation.”
Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

What does the course fee include, and what should I bring?
The fee typically covers:

All training materials and handouts (course manuals, exam fees where applicable)

Access to on-site practical equipment (e.g., forklift, MEWP, PASMA towers)

Delegates must provide their own PPE (e.g., hi-vis vest, safety boots, gloves). If you do not have PPE, please let us know in advance so we can arrange hire at cost.
What provisions do you have for delegates with disabilities or additional needs?

Providing large-print or alternative format materials

Arranging a support assistant or extra breaks if needed

How are live-online courses conducted?
Live-online courses use a secure video-conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams). After you enrol, you’ll receive a joining link along with instructions on accessing any digital resources. Sessions are interactive, featuring regular breaks, Q&A slots, and practical exercises where relevant. Delegates should have a stable internet connection and a suitable device (desktop, laptop, or tablet).
